The Q&A about conference payment.

  • I want to pay the registration fee, but my card keeps failing. What should I do?

    There are several possible reasons for a card failure:
    1. Overseas transactions are not enabled.
    2. Insufficient credit limit.
    3. Issuing bank's risk management blocking the transaction.
    4. The card is not a MasterCard, Visa, or JCB card.
    Please first contact your issuing bank to check the status of your card and whether it can be used for overseas transactions.
  • Can I apply for a refund?

    Please refer to our refund policy :
    - Before August 31st: Full refund available
    - ​September 1st - September 15th: 50% refund available
    - ​After September 16th: No refunds
    If you need to request a refund, please email us at info@medqcare.com and provide your order number, name, and registration details.
    Refunds will be processed within one month of receiving your request.
  • I would like to reprocess my payment. How should I do?

    To reprocess your payment, please log in and navigate to Member Center → Participation Record, where you can find your order.
    Due to an issue with our backend system, some parts of the page may still appear in Chinese. We apologize for this inconvenience . Please refer to the image below and click the orange button to reprocess your payment.
